1. Statement of Information (SoI)

Corporations (SI-550)

  • First filing: within 90 days of CA registration.
  • Then: every year (annually).
  • Fee: $25 + $5 disclosure fee (stock corps).

LLCs (LLC-12)

  • First filing: within 90 days of CA registration.
  • Then: every two years (biennial).
  • Fee: $20.

LPs/LLPs: file your entity’s Statement of Information (typically biennial; due by the registration anniversary month).

File online via the Secretary of State’s bizfile Online, by mail, or in person. Keep your Agent for Service of Process current.
