Service Details
Registered Agent (Annual)
$69/year
California-only. Includes document acceptance and same-day secure email scan (no storage) for all documents received by 3 PM.
Scan + First-Class Mail
$10/year + mail costs
We scan and securely email, then forward originals by USPS First-Class. Postage billed monthly.
Scan + Overnight (Signature)
$20/year + mail costs
We scan and securely email, then ship overnight with signature. Carrier costs billed monthly.
Secure Document Storage
$50/year
Optional add-on. Without storage, all files are deleted after 30 days (client or not). With storage, we keep your documents safe and retrievable for up to 7 years. Billed yearly even if RA service is cancelled.
Same-Day Scan Cutoff
Included
Items received by 3 PM are scanned the same day across all plans.
Rush Handling
$5 per reception item
Target 2-hour turnaround during business hours. Billed monthly.
Statement of Information Filing
$50 + state fee (discounted to $20 for registered agent clients)
We file SI-550 (Corp) or LLC-12 (LLC) for you via bizfile Online.
Compliance Reminders
Included
Annual/biennial reminders to keep you in good standing with the SOS.

Onsite Notary Service
